Haha, you are invited CP. Our local attorney drafted up the purchase and sales agreement. We will sign it after dinner and send it along to the homeowner. Today was a busy day....got pre-approved to buy it with no issues thankfully. Purchase agreement soon to be completed, then its just the appraisal and final approval of all our documents which I dread thinking about gathering and uploading, lol. Rate was not as bad as it could have been but we have not locked it in yet and can't till the purchase agreement is signed.

Yes, the expanded 1br was to small for us and the worst part was it was on the 1st floor. We heard every step of our neighbors above us. There is nobody above us now, lol. They were great neighbors but early risers! Always up like clockwork by 6am even when they did not work.
