Peg we tried it today for lunch!
I threw together a basic pizza using Publix pizza dough, some red sauce, mozzarella and some sliced onions.

on the pampered chef pizza stone, and the pizza stone on a foil wrapped brick.

grill on med/high (our thermostat does not work, neither does the thermometer) it took 11 minutes and it was perfect.
we ate half and brought half to a friend.

    great idea Peg!!!

Quick recipe we've been using for pizza dough has 1 1/2 cups of self rising flour and a cup of fat free pain Greek yogurt. We love it.

I’m so glad it worked out!!! Pizza is my number one favorite food. I experimented quite a bit over the years. It’s only recently I switched to the baking steel and I just love how the crust comes out.
