Beach bar outing for the birthday weekend?
LOL!!! Thanks so much everyone. Andrea, what a great post.
The story behind this picture - my mom won a raffle at a local fire station and they delivered this beer on a fire truck to my grandma's house. We used to take a family group of 20-30 people to Myrtle Beach every year and they took all of this with them. My uncle was underage but drove it down in his truck. They were out of beer by mid-week. My cousin is cut out (thank you), but he was next to me in the pic - he went on to a career in beer delivery and sales, and the irony is he doesn't drink at all.
As for the birthday - it was pretty low key. Drinks at happy hour were raspberry kozmos, followed by a little gambling on some machines that are similar to slots, with no wins. Followed by some bud lights of course. All together a pretty relaxed and early night. We were planning on doing something fun today, but it's really cold and we haven't quite gotten motivated yet.
