Do try to get to Summer Shack. It’s our second favorite restaurant at Mohegan Sun, the first being Ballo. We also enjoy eating at the bar at Michael Jordan’s. Clam pizza at Frank Pepe’s- legendary!

ENJOY every moment and good job Tom.
Maddy is at the Secret Garden Pet Resort. She was very excited when we dropped her off. By the time we had returned home they had posted pictures of her playing on Facebook.

One thing I forgot to mention yesterday was how windy it was. When we arrived and got out of the car I had to hold onto the door handle. Never experienced anything like it. People were having trouble walking to the entrance. Didn’t help that we were in the wrong lane for valet! The attendant took pity on me and took the car so I didn’t have to deal with it.

Mohegan Sun is my favorite CT casino as well. As others have mentioned, Summer Shack is wonderful. I've never had a bad meal there. We usually sit at the bar, and start with oysters and martinis. Their clam chowder is not to be missed.

Breakfast this morning was Hash House A Go Go it was good but why too much food. Lunch was the infamous Frank Pepes clam
pizza which sadly was just Meh! At lest I crossed it off my bucket list. Summer Shack made up for it at dinner. I had fried clams and Tom did clam fritters and chowder. The place was packed.

Slots this morning were not as kind as yesterday but after dinner I spotted a Fu dao le machine and I had to play it for old times sake. I was rewarded with my first hand pay at Mohegan.
