Lee was born and raised in Waltham, Ma.
His Mom ran a local nursery school.

My parents and Mrs Mitchell (his mom) had the same cleaning lady.
When his mother died, she left the cleaning lady a few mink coats

He was not Waltham's favorite son.
My understanding is that he was very good to his mother.

There was a time when he was always in the news and would seek the limelight. Remember the TV special he did about the Beatles album that was rumored to have secret messages if you played the music backwards. He was controversial and a big name in Boston.

Ned Beatty one of the best character actors to hit the big screen.....and the small screen. RIP
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the best of men!

Since 1980, and throughout the many changes, we still love going downtown in Oranjestad.

    Frank Bonner.

That name may not ring a bell, but his character, Herb Tarlek probably does. Yes, Sales Manager on WKRP in Cincinatti, loud plaid suits and way over-confident in his ability to do, well, just about anything.

Haven't most of us met at least one Herb Tarlek in our working lives?

Ahhh, "WKRP"... one to television's most underrated shows.
