Advice needed on a flight change

    Hello!

I am planning my very first trip the Aruba for a friend's wedding and this is my first international flight also. We have everything booked and we just found out American Airlines changed the times for the flight home. Our flight leaves Aruba at 9:15 AM and we arrive in Miami at 12:17 PM. Then our connecting flight to Newark leaves at 1:35 PM. Is an 1 hour and 15 minutes enough time or should we look into changing out connecting flight?

I appreciate any advice or insight anyone has for this!

    Thank you!

    Courtney

I'm pretty confident that you'll have plenty of time, especially if you're on AA for both legs of your flight. Remember, you're not the only one with that connection.

Also consider that on departure from Aruba you will undergo U.S. Customs and Immigration before you board the aircraft, which means that on arrival in Miami you will be clear to proceed to the boarding gate for your connecting flight.

Welcome and you should be just fine with the time. American is one for changing times but it has always worked out for us. Don't worry and enjoy.
