Sometimes the prices are a lot cheaper if you do not fly on the weekend. There have been times we flew a day early and even with the cost of an extra night's stay and food it is less expensive than flying on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. When we went down last year in December, it was 60,000(one way) points to fly on Friday or Saturday and only 35,700 on Thursday.

sorry..........at one point I thought I was going to divide it all up, but I gave it a chance to let it run its course.
the last part is airfare/airlines, so that is its final destination.
