    Due to inclement weather forecasted to impact the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, we will waive change/cancel fees and fare differences for customers traveling on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 to/from the following cities:

    • Albany, NY (ALB)
    • Baltimore, MD (BWI)
    • Boston, MA (BOS)
    • Buffalo, NY (BUF)
    • Burlington, VT (BTV)
    • Detroit, MI (DTW)
    • Hartford, CT (BDL)
    • New York, NY (JFK)
    • New York, NY (LGA)
    • Newark, NJ (EWR)
    • Newburgh, NJ (SWF)
    • Philadelphia, PA (PHL)
    • Pittsburgh, PA (PIT)
    • Portland, ME (PWM)
    • Rochester, NY (ROC)
    • Syracuse, NY (SYR)
    • Providence, RI (PVD)
    • Washington, DC (IAD)
    • Washington, DC (DCA)
    • Westchester County, NY (HPN)
    • Worcester, MA (ORH)

    Customers may rebook their flights for travel from Monday, March 13, 2017 through Thursday, March 16, 2017 prior to the departure of their originally scheduled flight. Customers with cancelled flights may also opt for a refund. Original travel must have been booked on or before Friday, March 10, 2017.
    To rebook travel or request a refund online, click here. If you are already checked in for your flight, please call us at 1-800-JETBLUE(538-2583) for assistance with rebooking or a credit.
    Customers are encouraged to check the status of their flight online prior to leaving for the airport. Customers with web-enabled cell phones and PDAs may check the status of their flight at mobile.jetblue.com.

    imo, it is very UNcommon for airlines to be this proactive

    I am sure Jetblue passengers will appreciate this and not have to stress last minute. Feel bad for everyone having to delay travel, unless of course they are being delayed in Aruba
