    we used our food saver too and cut it into chunks.
    I wonder why ours was epic fail?

    Thanks everyone. I’m mainly concern with the manner in which to bring it home. Do you just wrap it in a plastic baggy with your checked luggage?

    It is at Super Foods. It is really good and 1/2 the calories of beef.( We don't eat pork).

    As Jacki said it has a wax rind, the wheel I got at Superfoods was also wrapped in Plastic. I put it in the soft sided cooler we bring stuff down in for the trip back.

    One year we found cans of wasabi cashews. They were a great snack with a drink. They were cashews with a hard wasabi flavored shell...picture wasabi m&m's only with cashews instead of chocolate. I think we got them at Kong Hing, but haven't seen them since.
