C-Mart - October 2022

So Crown has spun off a super-center-like place called C-Mart. The Spouse went opening day.

It's a nice environment but the prices aren't competitive and, given its location, not sure it'll be a hit with locals relative to SuperFood, DoIt et al. There are groceries on the bottom floor and housewares, clothes etc. on the top floor.

Old Texas Furniture Store building. Its been empty for a while. Nice that its been finally refurbished and put to use after it got bought a few years ago. Location won't be an issue; its closer to most of the population than Super Food and Do It Center. Plus, the new highway didn't exist last time this building was in operation and that means you can get in and out quickly. Even more so nowadays that Super Food seemingly is the only supermarket known to tourists and its just not nice to go there anymore a lot of times as it gets too busy. C-mart just needs some marketing to let people know they exist!

YaY!! I'm glad to have another place to shop for household items.

If it's anything to do with shopping, the wife will want to check it out. If they're not price competitive, it'll most likely be a one time visit.

I'll surely check it out, but I'm not fond of the intersection of Watty Vos and Rt. 7. While it may not be competitive, it may have stuff I can't find elsewhere. Thanks for the info.

My husband saw a commercial posted for it on Facebook, so they're starting to advertise online at least.
