What happened with the Venezuela trade embargo? When we were in the grocery stores a couple of weeks ago, there didn't appear to be any produce shortages... but there were yellow limes which disturbed me to my very core.

we had a lime tree that bore fruit all summer....but it was not until sept/oct that the yellow limes turned green.
at that point we'd pick them and they were hard and tasteless.

when irma made her visit in sept 2017, our little lime tree became history and we were happy......and our avocado tree was stripped of all branches, leaves and the hundreds of avocados. today that avocado tree looks like it is making a comeback.

I think we need to get another lime tree, and this time pick the limes earlier and not wait til they are green.

    thank you walt.
