its true, the walk way is so close to the roundabout that by the time the cars zip around and see you, you have been hit. that is the one place since its so close to the low rise and people walking to food shop, they should have kept the light there.

It is a bad intersection. I was surprised that the crosswalk was that close to the roundabout. There is no warning to drivers that there is a crosswalk there-you come around the roundabout blind and it's right there.

Robin, so true. I didn't notice that crosswalk for the first couple of weeks I was there because I guess no one was waiting to cross. It wasn't until I saw people there that I then noticed there even was a crosswalk.

I cannot imagine what those traffic engineers were thinking when they designed that roundabout with the crosswalk so close.
    A tragedy in the making.

What they really need is a Walkover from the hotels to Superfood. This is something that they should have done years ago, especially as it would allow guests at the hotels to cross in safety. Really glad to see that La Cabana is getting the word out and advising guests on the safest way to get to and from the grocery.

Kudos to those 4 resorts for the signage.

It is so bad that I decided to offer rides to people here(at Oceania) who don't have a car.
