Road closures and working traffic lights

From DOW FB page. I had "liked" their page, so now I see all their construction updates. Happy Motoring.

    1. They will close the intersection by Alhambra to build a roundabout. It shows going around the roundabout by Oceania, but I think that is the turnaround since there was no roundabout there two weeks ago.

I can't really translate other than it'll take 2 months and the start date and it is 1 of 4 they are doing(I think).

    2. Now that the high season is almost over, looks like they finally fixed the lights in the high rise area-It's only taken 5 or 6 months! Yes, I'm being sarcastic.

Is it wrong to save these pictures from the "lights in the high rise area" to be able to stare at them on an hourly basis to remind oneself of how awesome Aruba is?

    Asking for a friend...

It looks like you can pull in closer Costa Linda and drive through the parking lots.
