Our split A/C units are service twice a year. They really concentrate on cleaning the salt from the condensing units. We pay $250.00 annually, for two units, thoroughly cleaned and serviced. Our management company is in charge of the service. Hope that helps.

The average cost by the major companies, like AMC Unicon is $175. Cleaning is recommended every 6 months. In addition to the salt in the condenser/compressor, another issue here in Aruba is that of the build up of the red dust which can block the drain and cause water to spill out inside.

Welcome. Our management company uses Fertec.
We used DEMAC last two times. They start at AFL125 for a basic service. A little extra and they'll tear the unit apart and clean every single component. You can call or WhatsApp them at 564-2625. You can also sign up for free and they'll send you a reminder at agreed upon intervals(they also suggest 6-8 months). Found this a great service because I always forget.
