    Property Record Search

I noticed that Aruba doesn’t have property records available online.
‘Nor are there any “sold” MLS listings.

How does one one go about doing a search to see prices that were paid for properties?

    Thanks!

You're at the mercy of each realty company and their records.

Not really. Impuesto have the transaction records upon which the transfer taxes are based. A notary can request these records for a property. It's a long process. Expect 3-6 months. Repeated requests etc

"...a property..." Given that the user is looking for multiples, this should be interesting.

    Try both!
