I received my bill for taxes (in Dutch) and figured out that they’re not due till December or you could pay quarterly. Do other home owners pay them in December?? My Property Manager can pay them for me or I can send a wire transfer. Have to be paid in Florins if paying in person. They don’t make it easy!!!

Yup, they don't make it easy. My husband says it is a place where you have to jump through hoops to give them money....lol. We pay once a year and I go to tax office and pay in florins. Might be easier to pay your management company to take care of it and reimburse them.

Our management company pays our tax bill for us from our cash management account. We pay $1.50 for the transfer fee. Wire fee transfers from the states are considerably more expensive.
