When in Aruba and you are getting ready to head back to the USA.......................
What is the quarantine requirement of your state (with a negative covid test in Aruba 3 days b4 your flight home)

Some states have different protocols?

B4 you head to Aruba, make sure that you check the CDC requirements as well as your state.

I don't believe his excellency has imposed any ridiculous quarantine requirements when returning from another state/country here in Virginia.... yet. My work and DoN have specific rules returning from domestic or international travel. We will probably still be working from home so it doesn't really matter.

Currently it is a 10 day quarantine in NH. Retired so it didn't impact me. You can test on day 6 to opt out earlier....I didn't!

NJ just says follow the CDC guidelines.

We need a test within 72 hours of returning or we must quarantine till we have a neg result or 10 days total.
