    Given that there are really only two ways to book a trip to Aruba (either through a travel agent or online), it's virtually impossible to NOT know about the ED Card requirement as both those entities outline entry requirements prior to departure. Even if the entry requirements were missed via either those channels, you'd find out at the airport when trying to check in.

    Another reason to research your destination thoroughly, especially during these times.
