Darnit. Well, I guess that answers my question. Thankfully, our AirBnB is fully refundable in all this.
residents that are abroad are told they can come home to aruba, but flights may be difficult to obtain.
the 2 cases of covid 19 are still in good condition and the health dept will not disclose the places where these people stayed while in aruba (which resort or condo or apr?)
I expect a written statement tomorrow morning from the ATA office.
I wil post it as soon as I get it.
This is very very bad, but I give Prime Minister much credit for taking the high road and making difficult decisions.
She is a strong leader.

As it has in this country, it will now be profoundly affecting the every day reality for Arubans. My feelings go out to all my friends there. I can only imagine what things are going to be like there in the coming days and weeks. Things will be so surreal in the resorts, the restaurants, the casinos, etc. So sad!

From the press conference that just ended.
Confirmed 3rd case in tonight's press conference. He/she is a relative of the 2nd confirmed case from a few days ago(the Aruban who came back from NYC).
They said all the other tests today came back negative.

I spoke AA. So far our out going flight is not cancelled even though AA site says no service until May 6. Everything is so confusing.
