A lot of confusion. Reading lots of other sites and this is what I am seeing.
1. Quarantine is 7 days from positive test and asymptomatic, if not 10 days.
2. Aruba doctor signs off. There is NO additional testing since PCR and/or antigen would still show positive. The current problem is that with the high number of cases, Aruba having difficulty having doctors available to certify. Same issue trying to reach any Aruba gov’t official - swapped.
3. Insurance will cover the infected only. Only housing, you must arrange and pay for food.
4. Family or others in your party not infected can fly home. Uf choose to stay must find and pay for housing and food. Staying in same location as infected runs risk of initially non-infected getting it and new clock starts.
5. Was supposed to be vrbo type housing, but numbers so high aruba gov’t requesting resorts to house and quarantine infected.
Assume this is all dynamic. Will Aruba reduce minimum to 5 days in keeping with latest CDC. No word yet.
again - this us my take. Others may have heard different. Just trying to help.
