I believe that this spike is related to Flag/Anthem Day

With all these tourists arriving Covid free and testing positive for their return, these numbers do not surprise me.

WOW! I know a lot of us were expecting it because of flag day but I'm still in shock.

Although....if you look at the numbers reported yesterday (March 22nd) the results were 24 residents + 5 non-residents. So the two days averaged together are closer to what the trend has been for the past week. But despite that, the trend is still increasing so we'll continue to send hope to the island that they reverse that curve once again.

There are many ways to look at the data. However, some days when there were 50 positive cases there were 30 recoveries so the active cases really went up by 20. Not this time! 102 new cases and 12 recoveries. March 1st Active cases were down to 179. Now 510...Lets hope this passes thru for March and April the numbers start to go down again...
