Took much longer than expected to get here honestly considering how widespread it is in various markets Aruba has relations with. Detected from test samples from the 16th of December. Measures will remain the same for the time being given the still low cases and low hospital admissions. They could re-introduce the curfew in a week or two if the cases skyrocket, especially given that businesses close by 1am anyways so it won't have an impact on businesses. IMHO they could've gone ahead and done that now, but it's probably a bit difficult to justify that to the community given the low rates.
