Yes, it is possible to "ignore" certain things/postings/members without much effort.
Let's say that John Doe makes postings that either
a) annoy
b) anger
c) drive you bonkers
d) totally not interested in what John Doe has to say
You "can and should" use the "ignore" feature that is offered.
Go to Settings. Menu on the left will have an IGNORE option.
Add the member's name whom you'd like to ignore and then click on IGNORE..
(moderators, are not allowed to use ignore feature...)
It is that time of the year to send out the gentle reminder to read the rules when you have a chance.

Also too...... As general reminders, if you are looking for a short or long term rental or a vacation rental for a week or 2 or 3 (to occupy or to rent out) please use the appropriate forums....not the "property owners" forum.
If you have a timeshare to rent out......please add in the daily and the per stay tax that the renter will have to pay at the resort.
Please if you have photos, please add them to your postings using the forum's software that is provided.
