Sounds like an article that was researched thru other writings and not a first hand visit.

Too many of these "reports" are done this way. A little time on Google and Wiki and the authors act like they've been visiting for years. Snarf a few pictures from ATA, Divi and ABC tours website and voila, a certified travel critic is born... I'm getting to the point I won't waste the time reading their garbage.

You can get a room there in off season (After Easter to Thanksgiving) for $1199 a week. Works out to $171 a night.

I, for one, am NEVER annoyed with anything that is posted on here! All of it is information for someone! I found the article interesting, although not a lot that I didn't know already. I enjoy Boston Magazine too, although I won't pay the cover price. It's my "go-to" if I'm at the doctors/dentist and it's on the magazine rack.

Personally, I get all the information I need about Aruba right here!

...at the same time websites like Tripadvisor based in MA and programs like Chronicle are an excellent and accurate source for travel information.
