Haha this made me LoL - I had to share what you said with my sister. Her response was - do you think it's possible mom isn't in Aruba?!? (joking of course). We heard back from her that that sun did, in fact, come out - but boy that was one heck of a black cloud for a bit there. Anyway...here's hoping the rest of the week is sunshiney so I can relax! I think I need a trip to Aruba after this!! Thanks for the pictures, by the way. I went to Ren Isl last June and the photo you snapped was of my favorite spot while there.

That's good. I arranged for their dinner at Passions - hoping for a clear night so they enjoy sunset. That was my favorit place to watch the sunset while there.

Well...the bad news is it seems there's been a lot of rain this week (a lot for Aruba, anyway). My parents were at the pool yesterday and when the sun peaked out - the gang of people at the pool started a round of applause. Nuf said there! The good news is they love Aruba anyway. Dinner at Passions and Gianny's have been their favorites so far and they seemed to be relaxed...which was the ultimate goal.
Anyone else at the Renaissance noticing an unusual amount of rain/cloudiness?

How's the weather in the middle of October, does it rain much? I wanna go for my honeymoon and hope it would be sunny and hott low 90s?

click the link for some "historical October data"

October can be wet as some will testify.

Typically the rain does not wash out the whole day.
Usually it is a passing shower that may last an hr or 2 if that.

you may want to ask one of the aruba wedding planners or photographers how the past few October's were???
