    Aruba's "Off Season"

I am always the one to say that the "off season" is from late August thru Dec 20 and then again, most of the month of May.
    (not including thanksgiving week)

What I have noticed this time period is that it is busy! (Nov 1 - 15)

    Low rise resorts are busy.

Downtown is busy (albeit cruise ships cause lots of crowding)

    Restaurants are busy.

    I am quite surprised.

I am wondering how much the beach tennis is adding to it?

I would think the Tropicana deal attracted more people than normal. Also with this week being Veteran's Day (US) and Remembrance Day (Can), people don't have to take as many vacation days to take a week away? I noticed when we were planning our trip this year that flights were more expensive than we are used to for this week in particular, making me think there was more demand.
