We are from the Netherlands and can use the ATM’s on the island. If your debit card has the master card logo, you can use it at the ATM. If not, you can take US dollars from the ATM in one of the departure halls on Schiphol. Look for the ABN/AMRO bank. They also have a desk where you can exchange euro’s for dollars.

You might want to check with your hotel, some of them will convert currency. For a fee of course!
