    Cell Phones

    HI,

We are travelling here for the 1st time and I would like to know where is the best place to get a SIM card for our phone? We will be using it mostly for data and not much for calling.

    Thank you,

    -Amy

I’m sure someone will post with more complete info. We just put our phones in airplane mode and use the WiFi at the resort. If you have an iPhone you can use iMessage or FaceTime. We’ve never had an issue.

As you depart the luggage claim past immigration through the doors still in the building where everyone is waiting, to the left is a Setar kiosk takes 5 minutes

We use a SIM from Setar. There is a Setar kiosk at the airport just outside of Aruba Customs and luggage area.

I have Verizon and have the international calling plan with my service. It cost $10.00/day and no issues at all. Used it last May for the first time for calls and data and worked great. I am sure other carriers have something similar.
