    great question
not celebrated by most arubans, although some are trying it more and more over the years.

many of the restaurants even have "turkey" on the menu for "turkey day".

and to get back onto "on topic".
typically a few days after thanksgiving the resorts begin to decorate for the holidays. they do a really nice job with looking joyful but tasteful.

.....see going off topic is not a bad thing, most times we are able to steer right back onto the topic at hand!

I'm usually on-island during Thanksgiving and Christmas. I've had a couple of very good Thanksgiving dinners at various restaurants and one good buffet for that meal as well. Christmas I typically remain in the shack with Mrs. 44, slow roasting a meal on the grill.

The Christmas lights can be spectacular in Aruba. Worth a drive around looking at them. Also, many local business and other places, like Zeerovers, will have live music on the nights leading up to the special day. Great bands, great fun. Enjoy it all.

Last Christmas we cooked our turkey on the BBQ by the pool. It was great!
