So Palm Beach is almost empty again...looks like a very quite week. I have only been to Aruba over the summer or on school vacation weeks for the last 15 years or so. I always thought the beach was packed based on my visits..it looks like its just the opposite.

I’m hoping it calms down over the next week, otherwise my fantasies of sitting in the surf with a drink won’t come true

The beach actually drops down to the water there, so they were standing or sitting above where the waves were crashing. People who were on the condo property could see the waves from the pool area and it appeared to be crashing higher than the palapas.

We were on the beach in front of Oceania yesterday and the waves were fierce. Some of the rollers were at least 8-10 feet when they broke on shore. Still a number of people were out there body surfing.
