    Easter 2011 closings?

Are restaurants/movie theatres closed on Easter Sunday and Monday this year? Is it just businesses/offices or are places to eat and theatres closed to?

A "sortofa" (how is that for a new word?) rule is that industries that specifically support the tourism industry, our infrastructure (such as Utilities, airport and hospitals) and few listed exceptions - most enterprises are closed on the standard holidays on Aruba.

It is also true that many down town stores will apply for permits to be open on days when cruise ships are on-island.

Someone here should have a list of the standard Aruban holidays. If not I will try and get one for you.
