    Flag Day

I noticed that a national holiday will be observed while we are in Aruba this time, Flag Day. Looks like Saturday the 18th.

Will businesses be closed? Parades in Oranjestad? Anything we may want to check out or just another day from a tourists perspective?

no to the restaurants being closed. most if not all, will be open.

i just got off the phone with Ling and Superfood

(per the language barrier)............Ling will be open. Superfoods will be closed.

    jacki posted this link http://www.aruba.com/things-to-do/na...m-and-flag-day
and it looks like no parades, but plenty of wondderful cultural celebrations.
