High Five to United Airlines

Back in early JuneNovember we booked our economy flights to Aruba for $980.00 each that met out requirements perfectly. We checked flight prices everyday since but the flights have gone up or terrible seats a couple bucs less. Today we checked, over 2 months later and our flights wents down to $708 each. Since it was past 30 days it is United policy that no refund for difference. We called and got agreat representative that got us a voucher for $547.46 towards next years Aruba trip. Thanks United.

Thanks guys. Re-checked flights again today and they went way up, with only 1 seat available on return flight. I guess people took advantage of price drop. Now we have to see if what happens at ABC. We got a text they they might be renovating our room the weeks we are coming. We love the ground floor location and view. Would be disapointed to be located in different spot.

Yep, one step closer to Aruba in 4 weeks. This year has had more covid drama than the last two. We really miss all the trip reports here. A favorite aspect of this forum to us. Remember when it was hard to catch up with all the great reports?
