I have some Madam here. I use it when I make Keshi Yena since I cannot get Madam Jeanette or Scotch Bonnet peppers here. It is VERY hot and I only need a small amount to give it a real kick. I also use a small amount in chili. A small amount goes a looooong way.
Awesome I always bring some Madam back home. I'm not a huge fan of the papaya, but I do like the taste so I use it in Aruba. The prices look a bit high on the website compared to the grocery store, but I guess you have to pay for convenience. I did an order to be shipped to my house and shipping was way more than the price of the product. The 3 bottle option was a total of $48 with shipping. I didn't place the order as we'll be there soon enough. We also like Iguana Joe's hot sauce and bring that home too.

there is not enough Prilosec or Nexium in the world to allow me to eat those hot peppers or use that sauce
about 6 years ago, I bought a super duper kind of hot pepper at Super Food. it was a Madam J.
(it was the first year SuperFood was open, so maybe more than 6 yrs)
my friends Sherry and Murray had a garden and wanted to grow that particular type of hot pepper available in Aruba.
so I bought a pepper and was about to embark on horticulture 101.
I texted Sherry who was at home and said ok, now what?
she instructed me to carefully slice the pepper open and with tweezers remove the seeds.....wrap the seeds in a paper towel, put it in a sandwich bag and bury in my toiletry bag so that US Customs would not know I was smuggling seeds.
well, the US Customs gods punished me.
in error I touched my face, the next 45 minutes was a blur.
I was in "pepper hell"........my eye was burning, my lips were burning and I was promising God, that I would never ever smuggle anything for anyone ever again. I was nobody's mule.
I wound up in the first aid station @ LaCabana begging Abraham for assistance.
He poured some milk into a cereal bowl and pushed my face into it.
in a matter of 30 seconds I was cured.
yes, I did bring the peppers home to them.
yup they grew MJ peppers from the seeds.
ahhh good times

I believe the seeds are the hottest part of the pepper.
