LisaGrn - I do a lot of those same things as you, but I started using Google Sheets for it so I can see it on my phone, my laptop, my tablet, etc. That way, if I am out somewhere and think of something or reading the forums and people make suggestions for restaurants or things to do, I can quickly add it to whichever tab on my Google Sheets list and have it update everywhere else. I love your style!! You make my little black OCD (CDO) heart happy!!

I make an excel spreadsheet and pull it up often.
That is what I used to do and have converted it over to Google Sheets. My husband (and my kids) thinks I am looney, but someone has to make sure vacation is fun for everyone! If I wanna make a spreadsheet, then by god, I am gonna make a spreadsheet! LOL!
I like my little notebooks. I'm still ridiculously attached to paper and don't anticipate that ever changing! LOL! I keep them and they're fun to look back on. My mother and I used to go on bus trips together and she would keep a little travel diary. I still have a couple of them. It's quite interesting to read what she wrote as they weren't just "facts". Especially the group bus trip we took to Disney World. She had quite a few comments about the other people in our group who didn't have any game plan for navigating the World! They saw nothing; we saw everything and went on most of the rides more than once without waiting on lines! LOL! Ooops, wandering off topic...
