I had to search this thread out, but I found it!

ONE MONTH from today and we will be on our way for our third trip!! This one is extra special because my two sons (23 and 20) and my dad and stepmom are also coming! None of them have been to Aruba before, so I am doubly excited for their first trip. The reason we are all going is to celebrate my 50th birthday. My birthday is in December, but we are gonna celebrate all together in paradise a little early. WOOHOO!

Let the alternating excitement and anxiety begin!!

Thanks Andrea and CP!! I have managed to keep my overall anxiety at bay up until now. My husband and I have done the "Have Maps.me downloaded, have snorkel gear ready, know what to pack, don't overpack, make sure you have your passport, PCR test 72 hours out, upload your results, get the green check mark, have the Aruba health app ready for when you land, have your printouts ready to show whoever" song and dance before, but my kids and my dad have not. DH and I are going for two weeks starting on Oct 23rd and then my kids and my dad will be there starting the 27th. They leave on Nov 4th and we leave on Nov 6th. My anxiety is going to go into overdrive once we are already in Aruba and the rest of them have to get all their testing, uploading, checkmarks and printing done before they head down. My husband is already dreading that. HA! That is when all the Balashi will come in handy. He will probably just mainline it right into me to keep me calm. LOL.

I've sent an alert to the Balashi Brewery to step up production in advance of your arrival. I asked if they could have a refrigerated truckload waiting for you at the airport. Wouldn't it be easier for you to drive that around rather than renting a car?

I hear ya there. I had every intention of NOT weighing what I do when I went to Aruba this time. I failed miserably.

Your 41st trip?! That is fantastic!! I hope to get to that number some day myself!!
