No one will criticize you for honest opinions here that I am aware of. For years after I quit smoking it did not bother me to be around smokers or in bars or casinos etc where it was smoky. That slowly changed until it has bothered me over the last 4 or 5 years.I never preach to smokers because I know from experience that a smoker will not quit unless he/she wants to. I do tend to try to find less smoky places to drink and gamble. We love the Alhambra casino but it is tough to stay in there for very long due to the smoke.

i find that the Ritz casino has the best air circulation and the smoke not as bothersome.
The Marriott comes in 2nd place with ok circulation but the smoke is quite noticeable.
Alhambra, which tends to be our favorite casino is also the toughest withthe smoke.

I find Alhambra is great very early afternoon - not as smoky & the slots are a little bit looser!

Try sitting in idled traffic in any major city for two hours a day.
