    Received my Passport

With about a month to go....I received my passport. Turnaround time was 3 weeks with expedited service. Guilty of time getting the best of me (working to much) and didn't want to take any chances so I paid $$$.

Dining can be challenging at times. My husband is a meat and potatoe man I am a vegetarian. I guess it is true... opposites attract (40 years this October). Today, I requested some dining reservations. Casa Nonna, Terrazza Italiana, Elements twice (on night of arrival & romantic dinner for my 60th) Quinta Del Carmen. Considering Lima Bistro, Zucchini, Lucca. Being high season, I am sure I need to finalize.

Lunches will be when we feel like eating but thinking of Pega Pega, TOF and Daliahs. Breakfast is included with daily rate of hotel.

Have tickets to Aruba Rays, a sunset sail and we would like to check out some live music at Bugaloe, Sopranos and Fusions.

Oh and most importantly, when we leave we registered to transport 2 puppies to their furever homes if needed.

This is only our second visit to Aruba. Due to COVID, we postponed twice. We purchased our trip insurance and we are just waiting. I will write a live trip report when we are there, because all of you have been so very helpful and I enjoy reading everyones detailed trip reports.

Just don't look at the previous passport photo.... the change was one I didn't enjoy..... it's kinda like the Dorian Gray story..... only different! So glad trip 2 is on the horizon for you. Dinner reservations look good and will please both of you with menu selections...especially Elements. I'm happy you're willing to bring a couple of pups home. Good for you.

You sound like you are all set! Receiving your passport is a big relief for sure. I would make reservations for some of those restaurants since they are very popular. You picked some good ones that get rave reviews. Can’t wait to read your reports! Enjoy the planning.

Walt, we will be staying at the Bucuti. For now our day plans are beach...beach...beach. After we have settled in, that may change.
