    The one thing I think we can all agree with is we don't want a 600 room AI resort on Eagle Beach.

    I surely do not want this. I have been told by several people at Oceania, that the plans for this lot called for not following the zoning restrictions. Buildings along there can only be three stories high for a certain distance from the road back, then it can go higher, I think to 5 stories. They wanted to build their condo/or resort from the road back all at the max stories allowed-not keeping to the 3 stories claiming it would not be profitable if they do that. Oceania and someone else(I don't remember who) have been working legally, to block this development.
