Oh my, what would Rona write about if she lived in the USA?
Sounds like a political rant hiding behind a storm.

Its all she does. Which is why I've warned people about her a few times over the years on this forum. She manipulates information, dsn't understand context on a host of issues, always looking for the next topic to badmouth and plain writes about things she has no clue about(like tropical weather and the "landspakket" among others). She's also become more and more extreme on her gossip(=bati bleki) page which unfortunately many English speaking readers mistake as informed opinion on local matters. She's become more and more like the English speaking version of 24ora.
The government calamity preparation for this storm had to be adapted because it's wasn't even a tropical storm. The NHC even had to use a rarely used term "potential tropical storm" to even be able to track it and give out warnings for it. What does she even mean by "Dutch public"? The Aruban response almost always differs from the Curaçaoan response by a small or large margin. How did the government follow Curaçao's lead? Note how she specifically blames the government for "false reading" the forecast. Not the NHC, but the government of Aruba.
Its a shame some people use her as an information source.
