Chuck, it took me a long time to quit. 5-6 times but I have felt so much better. I discovered food. It tastes so good. Take it one day at a time as Walt stated.

Chantix is what got us through the final stage of quitting. I am not going to lie about the fact that it took me over a year to not think about it every day when I was heading home from work... and when I am partaking of alcohol and sitting chatting with friends I still would love 1 but I do know that that would lead right back to smoking. Stay strong CP I have faith that you can stop too!

Jon had good success on Chantix, but something about beer and cigarettes together he seems to get drawn back to them. Hes currently using the juul. The smell is not as noticeable and he said he feels like he is smoking less because it's just a few puffs and he is done rather than a whole cig that he would smoke to the end.

That reminds me, we were at the Stellaris casino, which is pretty smokey in general, or it was at that time, but anyway a women told my husband to put put his cigarette or leave the roulette table. He put down a $100 chip on black, it hit and we walked away. The look on her face was priceless. I thought it was very rude of her (fellow patron) to tell us to leave the table.

That was incredibly rude and yes, the Stellaris is still really smoky.
