Paul has been battling an ear infection for 3 weeks.
He thought it was better and that was that.
This morning it reared its ugly head and Paul was feverish (100) and feeling punk.
First order of business a Covid test, just trouble that out.
Then to the urgent care in Noord, with the Covid test still pending, but we hope it is negative as he was tested on Nov 29, and has had is booster and all of his symptoms are ear and sinus related.
We got in to urgent care and they were thorough AND had very good protocols.
Did his vitals, checked him out and told him.......you have an ear infection, take the antibiotics we prescribe (oral and drops) and rest and sit in the shade. If you go in the water do not let your ears get wet.
The visit was reasonably priced and the receipts from the urgent care and scripts will be submitted to our our medicare advantage plan and if denied, then to the trip insurance.
He is now back to bed and I will get the script tomorrow.
