    A few pounds is something and it is not always the pounds to look at. Sounds like you are on the right track.

    Today I got on the scale and I was 2 lbs lighter than when we left a week ago. I think its only because my Bacardi drinks kept me dehydrated all week, lol.

    Body weight is determined by diet (and drink) adjusting carbs depending on energy, or alcoholic, needs.

    Early am at the hotel we fill our hydration packs for the day. My wife fills her’s with the complimentary bottled water the housekeeper provides, I just go to the bathtub and fill straight from the faucet for the best water in the world
