    This really is great news. It seems that Aruba is more proactive when it comes to dealing with these types of public health matters than other Caribbean islands.

    Remember the Dengue Fever issue a couple of years ago? Aruba issued instructions on how to minimize the opportunity for disease-carrying mosquitoes to breed (get rid of standing water) while other islands barely acknowledged the disease at all.
