We have moved into a fabulous house owned and operated by SkiSue and her husband. It is called Bella Ruby. The communications with her, from the initial contact to meeting with her local management company for a preview, to the actual move in yesterday has run lock a fine watch. The house is located in the Ruby neighborhood which is very close to the Golf course located near Arashi & Boca Catalina. The Ruby neighborhood is filled with high end homes & more are being built. There are so many amenities that come with this house! The managing agent showed us so many things about the house and we just keep finding more. There are three bedrooms, all with modern bathrooms. The Master bathroom is just plain huge, with a separate glass enclosed shower area and a separate, large tub. Two gorgeous sinks. The kitchen is large and spacious & filled with pretty much anything you could possibly use to prepare a meal. There are two large leather sofa's in the living room, dining tables inside the house and out on the patio. The patio is large and surrounds a kidney shaped pool that actually has a swim up bar! There is an enclosed bartender room that is below grade so he/she can converse with the people in the pool.
There are many loungers and other outside chairs on the patio plus 2 seating areas under rooftop shade. There are a lot of float devices for the pool that I have not looked at yet. here is a nice BBQ also. While sitting on the patio last night, underwater pool lights came on automatically, as did security lights that are located on top of the fashionable, gated, metal fence that is located at the front of the property. There are Cable TV's, Wifi, and A/C along with paintings from a local artist throughout. How about a telephone to make local calls AND a telephone where you can call the states at no charge? There is more but it is breakfast time on Aruba. Thank you Sue, I feel our vacation actually started yesterday and not 2 weeks ago.
