I don’t know every person on the island. But I do know every divi-divi tree and cactus. In fact I can tell you the age of one with just one look. I like to show people the other side of the island, the Arikok National Park. If you’re not out too late the night before, I recommend you watch the sunrise in the park with a few of my feathered friends, like our native burrowing owl, the shoko, and our multi-colored parakeets.
