•    3 pounds shark meat or white fish meat

•    1 cup of full milk/ heavy cream

•    1 quart water

•    1 tablespoon salt

•    2 teaspoons of fresh garlic, fine chopped

•    1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste

•    1/2 tablespoon of curry powder

•    1 celery stalk, diced

•    1 green bell pepper, diced

•    1 onion, diced

•    4 tablespoons margarine 

•    freshly ground black pepper

In a large saucepan, boil shark in salted water/milk mix for 20 minutes. Remove fish and flake. Sauté tomato paste in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add curry powder, celery, bell pepper, onion and finally garlic for 3 minutes, stirring.

Add flaked fish and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in ground pepper
