Classic delicacies such as frogs’ legs and liver join fresh catches of the day on menus, as well as Argentinian churrasco, Spanish tapas, Caribbean jerk ribs, funchi, pan bati, and keshi yena, a spiced meat dish cooked inside a cheese wheel.
