Carte Blanche is an adults-only restaurant for 'foodies', people who are open-minded for an exquisite fine dining experience without limitations in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.
The extensive, set menu consists of many different flavours and the freshest ingredients available. Carte Blanche exclusively seats 16 patrons per evening at a low oval bar in comfortable lounge chairs, where everyone can interact with the Chef himself.
Together with Maître d’ Glen Bonset, Dennis has turned Carte Blanche into one of the most talked-about restaurants on the island of Aruba, ranking in the top two best fine dining in the Caribbean according to TripAdvisor.
Carte Blanche is located at the Bucuti Beach Resort in the Eagle Beach area, although will be relocating to Oranjestad as from January 2018. Carte Blanche does not allow reservations for guests under 21 and/or parties of over four persons without a $100 deposit per person. Reservations required.
