From the outside this large shopping centre in Oranjestad resembles a giant decorated pink cake, but inside you will find a wide variety of speciality venues and shops.
From international luxury brand shops such as Tommy Hilfiger and Nautica to exclusive jewellers such as Little Switzerland and the island's official Rolex retailer Gandelman Jewellers, from authentic Aruban souvenir shops to Aruba's favourite surf shop, Bula; you will find this and more at the Royal Plaza shopping centre.
The Royal Plaza shopping centre is conveniently located opposite the cruise ship terminal and in central Oranjestad, near the bus station, flea markets and museums. The main street is within walking distance and the second floor overlooks the Caribbean Sea.
During the day you will find some bars and eateries offering light fare for lunch and dinner, while at night Mojito's Cantina and Grill becomes a salsa dance club.
The Royal Plaza shopping centre is open from 9:30 am – 6 pm and closed on Sunday.
